Weathered oak flooring refinishing: Fairfield CT project
This project involved a comprehensive weathered oak flooring refinishing process for a residential property. Initially, the entire surface area was carefully sanded down to bare wood to completely remove the old finish. Subsequently, a specific weathered oak stain was applied to achieve a muted, natural tone across the planks. Furthermore, to ensure long-term durability and protection, the newly stained surface was sealed with three separate coats of Bona Traffic finish.
